Perma Clear Seal is a colourless coating which is quick-drying. It penetrates into the pores of the material under treatment to bind the particles together in a tough resilient, abrasive-resistant enamel. It provides a protective barrier on porous surfaces, which resists chemical attack and eliminates dusting.
Perma Clear Seal is a one pack, colorless enamel coating which provides integral protection for building materials. Perma Clear Seal is based on acrylic copolymer resin and is specially suitable as a base for protective enamel and waterproofing masonry vertical surfaces and used as an excellent floor sealer.
Perma Clear Seal penetrates the capillary structure and provides a tough and clear protection. Perma Clear Seal failure will not occur through peeling off the surface coating.
Perma Clear Seal allows concrete surfaces to breath Although forming an enamel coating impervious to water Perma Clear Seal allows the escape of water-vapour which could otherwise cause blistering.
Perma Clear Seal is water-free. This means that application can take place down to 0° C provided surfaces are frost/ice free.
Perma Clear Seal is economical. It gives long life protection at 10% of the cost of an epoxy finish.
EASE OF APPLICATION:
Can be applied by even an unskilled labour since it is just a brush application.
LOWER MAINTENANCE COST:
By hardening and protecting building surfaces with a tough enamel coating, porous structures can be given a longer life and normal maintenance costs can be greatly reduced. This applies equally to external walls and pavings.
As a clear coating on Concrete, brickwork, masonry and rendered walls benefit from coating with Perma Clear Seal. Perma Clear seal makes the treated surfaces waterproof, weatherproof, non-dusting & free from algae & fungus growth.
It penetrates to create hard surface topping which prevents moisture penetration, binds together fibres and prevents build-up of grime deposits. Ideal base for subsequent decoration.
FRIABLE AND CHALKING SURFACES
Has highly penetrative qualities and binds together friable surfaces. Provides sound base for subsequent application of decorating materials.
One coat forms a moisture barrier film on new concrete, which retards moisture loss ensuring maximum strength.

DIRECTION FOR USE
Ensure surfaces are clean and free from dust. Where concrete surfaces require cleaning to remove oil or grease, use a strong detergent in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.
Walls and other vertical surfaces – brush on Perma Clear Seal with a soft bristle brush in a liberal coating, ensuring penetration to the surface.
Perma Clear Seal will give a coverage of about 8 to 10 m2 per litre per coat. Generally 2 coats are recommended.
Perma Clear Seal will normally dry to tack-free within 2-4 hours depending on ventilation and temperatures. Allow six hours before applying subsequent coats.
Ensure adequate ventilation during application. Do not apply to wet surfaces and in conditions of high humidity or when rain is forecasted. Protect from rain until dry.
PACKING AND STORAGE
Perma Clear Seal is available in 1 ltr and 20 Ltrs metal containers. Perma Clear Seal can be stored between 10°C and 45°C. Preferably store at below 25°C. Keep away from sources of ignition. Keep away from foodstuffs.
Perma Clear Seal has a shelf life of 24 months form the date of manufacture.
